Autumn Part 4 -Rerun

Continued off of part 4-
Soon the area was filled with bouncing grenades and explosions. the covenant was wiped out from the area. master chief hurtled over the baricade and ran into a marine squad. the marines jumped in first and one tripped on his way in. The autumn shook from another antimatter charge.
Marine: Oh no, On no,...
Master chief picked him up and hurtled him into the pod
Marine: waaaahoof!!
Cortana: Now would be a very good time to leave!
master chief jumped into the pod. he then looked at the pilot
Master chief: punch it.
Pilot: aye aye sir.
Then with a crack the pod broke away from the autumn
Pilot: at middle safe distance.
Marine: Cortana! Keys been hit!
Cortana: uuuggghh... i knew it the autumn is accelerating Captian keys is going in manualy.
master chief walked to the front of the pod a marine turned his head and looked at the ring.
Marine: What is that?
Pilot: Heck if i know but were landing on it.
There was 2 minutes of utter silence until the gut lurching bump of the pod entering the fake atmosphere.
Cortana: were coming in to fast!
pilot: Dang this whole entire thing is a failure
four emergancy parachutes came out and tore off
Pilot: Dang... BRACE FOR IMPACT.
Cortana: if i still had fingers they'd be crossed!
the pod came down and struck the dirt master chief lost his balance and hit his head on the back of the pilots chair. he blacked out.
Spartan 117 John woke up and sat up.
Cortana: Chief! chief! are you all right? can you move? or any thing less?
He got up and said nothing.
Cortana: the others... huuugghh... theres nothing we can do i suggest moving into those hills my scans have detected multiple covenant dropships.
Master chief moved into the hills crosing and obviously man made bridge composed of metal but no rails.
Cortana: alert covenant dropships inbound they must be looking for survivors.
Master chief had 2 seconds to hide behind a boulder. he looked up and noticed two covenant aircrafts called banshees. he threw a plasma grenade onto the nearest banshee and soon the scattered melted fragments off banshee came falling down onto the boulder. the other banshee fled. he stepped out from his boulder to a nearby tree and withdrew his sidearm.he side stepped and used the pistols 2x scope and honed in on several grunts. four shots rang out and found their targets. he aimed next at the elite who ran towards the bodies of the fallen grunts. the elite bent down to inspect the corpse. master chief shot right into the uncovered slit in the helmet in the elites armour blowing him off his feet and onto the ground he then ran up a hill until he came to the foot.
