Autumn-part 4

Master chief left the bridge and reloaded his pistol he heard the squawks and squeaks of covenant grunts. he stepped to the side and fired three shots rang out all hitting there target three corpses and blue gray gore splatted the deck. he stepped into a cafeteria and picked up a dead marines m15 assault rifle. he headed straight into battle and fired in controlled bursts. soon the area was clear he stepped out and meleed a grunt in the back instantly killing him and sprayed the rest with armour piercing rounds he went on through several corridors quickly dispatching resistance. he ran until he nearly ran into the back of a veteran elite. the elite growled at him and to a swing to bash his skull in with the end of his plasma rifle he swiftly dodged the misaimed attack and bashed the elite in the gut instantly sending his enemy's shield to zero the elite flinched and master chief came up behind him and elbowed the elite in the spine. with a sickening crunch the alien's spine collapsed and the elite fell. he continued on spraying grunts and elites with rounds of bullets. during one corridor two grunts dropped from the ceiling landing on the chiefs shoulders. the effort was laughable until he realized that one was trying to take off his helmet while the other had an active plasma grenade. he grabbed both grunts by the face and flung them both into the wall they both where knocked cold.he continued to a flight of stairs.

Cortana: Covenant! on the landing above us!

He climbed up the stairs and killed the resistance. one grunt survived and tried running away. he dispatched it with one shot to the head. he headed into the next area and quickly crouched under the cover of a fallen metal beam. he spotted a grunt and he knew they didn't travel alone. he Through a stolen plasma grenade on the grunts back

Grunt1: AAAAIIII!!!!! GET IT OFF

Grunt2: HOLD STILL!!!

Grunt3: WERE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!

(boom!)

the grenade detonated the grunt had run straight into his buddies and all of them where dead. it was the end of the ridiculous conversation Master chief continued his run towards the escape pods and stopped at a barricade filled with frag grenades. he used them to his advantage. soon the area was filled with grenades bouncing off the walls blowing up the aliens he jumped over the barricade and ran into a group of marines they jumped into the pod and the last one tripped .
there was a sudden rumbling from the ship.
Marine: Oh No, Oh NO
Master chief picked him up and hurled him into the pod
Cortana: NOW WOULD BE A VERY GOOD TIME TO LEAVE!
master chief turned to the pilot
Master Chief: Punch it.
Pilot: Aye, Aye sir.
With a boom the ship departed the autumn and flew towards the ring.
Marine: What is that thing?
Pilot: Heck if I know but where landing on it.
marine: Cortana! Keys Been hit.
Cortana: I knew it the autumn is accelerating keys is going in manually.
Suddenly the pod entered the rings atmosphere with a bump. soon after the pod was growing hot the pilot activated the pods parachutes
Pilot:dang! everything in this pod is a failure
the parachutes blew off.
Pilot:Hang on... BRACE FOR IMPACT!!!
the pod hit the ground the chief lost his balance and hit his head on a nearby side and was knocked out.
